We provide international shipping on a case-by-case basis, depending on the destination, type of artifact, and applicable customs regulations.
Shipping charges, duties, and taxes will be quoted individually and included in the invoice.
Delivery times are influenced by customs processes and international logistics and are likewise shared upon invoice generation.

Each product is carefully packaged using industry-standard materials to ensure protection during transit.
All items are labeled fragile and handled accordingly throughout the shipping process.

All shipped items are insured for their full invoice value during transit.
In the event of loss or damage, we will assist you in lodging claims with the shipping provider or insurance partner. Please retain original packaging and share photographs or video evidence if damage is suspected.

Please ensure that a recipient is available to accept delivery at the shipping address provided.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
If a package is returned to us due to refusal or failure to accept it, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.
